Before the emergence of interactive floor screens, similar products on the market, luminous floor tiles, were also used in commercial decoration and other aspects. Common interactive floor screen control methods include: offline control method, Ethernet online control method, and wireless distributed control method. Off-line control and Ethernet online control mode interactive floor screen control system is composed of multiple subsystems, each subsystem includes a sensor detection unit evenly distributed on the circuit board, LED display unit, detection processing unit and display control unit, The sensor detection unit is connected to the input end of the detection processing unit, the LED display unit is connected to the output end of the display control unit , and there is also a data processor independent of the subsystem, Its output interface is connected to the input interface of the display control unit of the subsystem, and its input interface is connected to the output interface of the detection processing unit, as shown in Figure 1. In the actual product, each subsystem is a floor screen module. When connecting, the subsystems are connected in series through the communication interface and the data processor.

When the off-line control mode is adopted, the off-line controller acts as a data processor, on the one hand, it is necessary to receive the information transmitted back from all sensor detection units. After data fusion processing, the location of the triggered floor screen can be known. Then read the data files stored in mobile storage devices such as CF card and SD card to realize the corresponding effect display. The design of the off-line controller is composed of single-chip microcomputer with strong data processing ability and its peripheral circuit.

When the Ethernet online control method is used, the calculator acts as a data processor. Since the computer has more powerful data processing capabilities, this control method can modify the display effect at any time and realize unified monitoring of the large stage in real time. Modules can be expanded in a cascaded manner, which has great advantages in large-scale interactive floor screen engineering applications.

The design method of the interactive floor tile screen system based on wireless distributed control, compared with the previous system design, the control method works in a wireless manner, which saves the trouble of on-site wiring, and adopts distributed control at the same time, the work of the data processing part is distributed to the control processors of each floor tile screen, and the data processing part is completed by these processors, so the main controller part does not need powerful data processing capabilities. In large-scale applications, it is not necessary to use a computer as a data processing center. This control method can greatly reduce the cost of system design.

The working process and principle of the wireless distributed control floor screen system are described as follows:
After the sensing point of the floor tile screen is triggered, the sub-controller connected to it will send the location ID information of the trigger point to the main control in a wireless manner;
After the master control receives the location information, it synchronizes the location information to all sub-controllers by broadcasting;
The sub-control will transmit this information to the processor inside each floor tile screen, so each floor tile screen module will automatically calculate the position distance information between itself and the trigger point, and then judge the display effect it should display;
The whole system will use a special synchronization frame to realize the system has a unified time base, so each floor tile screen module can accurately calculate when it should display the corresponding effect, and then can realize the seamless connection and perfect display of the entire trigger effect .

Summarize:
(1) The off-line control method, due to the limited data processing capability of the main controller, is mainly used in desktop interactive sensing, suitable for relatively small applications such as bar counters and KTV room countertops.
(2) The Ethernet online control method can be applied to large-scale stage control and other occasions. Since the computer is used as the data processing center, therefore, this control method can be more convenient to modify the display effect at any time and can realize unified monitoring of the large stage in real time.
(3) The wireless distributed control method is different from the above two wired data transmission methods. This method realizes key data transmission through wireless. In actual engineering application, it not only improves the efficiency of on-site layout, but also reduces labor costs and wire costs, which has more obvious advantages in large-scale applications. At the same time, in terms of data processing, different from the above two centralized processing methods, the wireless distributed control method disperses the work of the data processing part to the control processors of each floor tile screen, and these processors cooperate to complete the display of the effect. Therefore, the main controller does not need powerful data processing capabilities, and it is not necessary to use a computer as a data processing center in large-scale stage applications, which can further reduce the application cost of the overall system.
